nursery water is steam distilled and purified and then has flouride added. it's made for toddlers and infants.

distilled is water that's had the majority of it's impurities removed through distillation. this also get's rid of most of the beneficial elements as well.

drinking water is water that's of sufficiently high quality and safe for consumption without risk of any short or long term harm. usually this will be bottled from some other city's municipal water supply (at least what i've seen).

go with spring or drinking. but if you're gonna pay for water you mine as well get spring as opposed to drinking. don't go with the distilled as the majority if not all of the trace elements are gone and you will need to add calmag.
