burnt top colas
Hey, sorry no pics but i have (3) 4ft plants about 4 weeks into 12/12. I'm growing aeroponically with a 15 gal reservoir. i've got 2 400W HIDs and the plants have been growing strong. they're only 2 months old and are at a stage that i was told should take 3 1/2 months. yesterday it was time to flush the reservoir but the plants, being so damn unexpectedly tall have been getting a bit close to the lights. I did my best not to let the top cola touch the light but i was unsuccessful. I BURNT THE TOP COLA ON THE LIGHT!! it's not terrible but the hairs on one side of it are black now and a few of the guard leaves curled up real fast and turned brown. Will my top cola cease growth? has anyone had similar problems with theirs? what did you do to fix it? should i cut the cola off? or just let it finish as is? any help would be greatly appreciated.
