so since i have dysthymic disorder which is a qualifying disease to gain access to medical marijuana in california, shouldnt i automaticly be able to get a card from RI?
it says on paper its a qualifying disease, so the only difference is me taking the drive to california? why not skip that step and just get the card in Rhode Island?
these medical laws are sure as hell confusing..
matrixhomie Reviewed by matrixhomie on . Hypothetical question about MMJ Say there was someone in a state bordering Rhode Island that suffered from chronic backpain and constant migranes after being hit by a car that has been getting treatment for the past 6 months without all that much improvement. Would this person need to be a permanent resident of Rhode Island to be able to get a card from a doctor or could he or she just make regular trips out there? Rating: 5
