i got caught with a blunt and a sack, got one year probation but that was back in 2004. I also had some friends get caught and their lawyer got them to go free so i guess it depends how good ur lawyer is.

I barely had 2 grams. I had a small pipe(paraphernalia). My car was towed. I went to jail over night and bailed the next morning. I obtained a court appointed lawyer. Rating: 5
