ok well i drank around 1/2-3/4 a gallon of water, some cranberry juice, and decided to try it again

peed a couple times till it became clear as water

decided to try again took the midstream sample here is my result

as you can see there is an incredibly faint line next to the T but a solid line with creatine levels which leads me to believe i can dilute more i have one more test im saving it for tommorow going to try and do it like the real deal

tommorow i plan on drinking 1 gallon of water from 9-12 then taking vitaman b and a couple asprin around noon
drink another gallon of water from noon - 3

simulated appointment time 3:30 assuming waits etc etc test might be around 4:15 so i will test myself then

any holes in my plan?
