Outdoor Grow Log: Purps & BlueCityDiesel

Ripped up another green purps but alas another green purps has pistils! Most of the BCD still show no signs but damn they're lookin' good. Very strong. The guano top dressing + a couple good rain soaks definitely shows. They love it!

Pics in a week or so. peace

yeah im debating if I want to use both of your techniques. I think im going to try the low stress training first if it gives you more yield.

OK. Back on the scene. Went 20 days w/out seeing my babies. I've never gone that long before, but hey I'm a busy man.

Was kind of a sad day today as I ripped up a hand full of males but it happens every year. Just gotta put em' in past and move on. On the bright side, less water and nutes need to be used now. Ripped 2 bagseed males and 3 BCD males. Saved one BCD male and isolated him for breeding. I'll pollinate a few lower branches on the select Female. She's a good one too. Large and vigorous with a "take charge" attitude. Just how I like my women. lol I disposed of all the purps males expecting to get another but I didn't so no Purps breeding this year. But I'll probably cross the two.

In pic 1 notice the long stretch before branching starts. I'm not too fond of this as it's not good for LST/scrog. We'll see how it goes though.

thx BP. What do ya know about the diesel traits? I'd love any feedback. And obviously you know a bit about the BB too. The two should be a great combo, I can't wait!

So one of the BCD was mauled back in July by what I believe to be a rabbit. Pretty much down to a nub save for one or two leaves. SO I left it for dead but she came back to life. And was doing pretty well, just kinda small. So it was attacked again this week and I found it still doing ok but with a few mangled branches. So one branch was totally severed and just laying on top of the soil (still alive). So I took her in, cleaned her up, dipped her stem in rooting gel, gave her a drink of Superthrive and put her into a growcube and put her under a small cfl. She has perked right up and seems happy. I will attempt to re-veg her and turn her into a mother plant. After going thru all of that I'd say she's a tough bitch.

Had a few chilly nights this week. Some leaves turning purplish/bluish. Top dressed with some Jamaican Bat Guano this week before the heavy rains hit. September will bring in the final nute phase of Indonesian Bat Guano 1-2x weekly depending on weather. It's almost October friends! Are yall as excited as I am?! Prying eyes and curious minds make me weary. Karma teaches all.

    Pics 1-2 Purps
3-5 BCD Momma. I'm gonna marry her.

The beginning of September has brought the nicest weather of the summer. 7+ days of pure sunshine, 70-80 degrees, and cool evenings. Could not ask for better mid-bloom cycle weather. The ladies are soaking it up. Enjoy the pics.
