day 17 - leaves curling downward?

what causes a plant's leaves to curl downward.. not to mistake it for drooping.. they begin to curl downward from the tip to the base of the leaf from the branch..

i removed the alum foil from my grow, and put a clear bin over my babies to protect it from the heat, but it seemed to do little with the 126w CFL going.. (3) 42w's.. so i turned one off, and that brought the temp inside the grow bin from 90º+ to 70-80ºF. After one day of this though, i noticed the leaves on 3 out of 4 beginning to curl downward, some twisting.. still no nutes.. All cots are yellow by now, some are beginning to wither..

i'll post pics as soon as i can.. why does it feel like if its not one thing, its another with these kids!

there are numerous things that can cause a plant to act certain ways. so anything we gave you now would be a guess and the remedies to that guess can cause more harm than good.
