Ask him why he's asking. He has no right to know anything other than you have insurance and a legal drivers license. I know its difficult dealing with these thugs but until people start reinforcing there civil rights the thugs are going to keep harrassing innocent people.

I know your not suppose to consent to a search, but if you told the cop that you had herb on you for medical reasons im pretty sure the car would get searched. In other words should you come out and tell the officer your a patient when he first asks that question as soon as he pulls you over? Rating: 5
