naw dude, you need sleep. Just stay healthy and drink lots of gatorade the day of the test try and get orange because for some reason yellow or other colors turn pee clear and orange makes it yellow. Brush your teeth everynight and keep up good hygene to boost your metabalism,

I have read that sleep deprivation slows down your metabolism.. so lets say I have a UA tomorrow I already plan on using the dilution method and want to increase my chances if toxins build up in your system overnight what if the night before the test you don't sleep .. do you think it will have a positive or negative effect on your efforts .. and also if you also take fiber to help on the day of the test should you keep taking it or stop?
