I have read that sleep deprivation slows down your metabolism..
so lets say I have a UA tomorrow
I already plan on using the dilution method and want to increase my chances
if toxins build up in your system overnight what if the night before the test
you don't sleep ..
do you think it will have a positive or negative effect on your efforts ..

and also if you also take fiber to help on the day of the test should you keep taking it or stop?
