I stopped smoking June 8th and have been running almost every other day to try and clean it out of my system. I plan on using the Q carbo detox drink and taking aspirin the day of the test since there are so many claims of this working. My question is If I take these steps will I be able to pass this test? Oh and before stopping on June 8th I was a mid to heavy user smoking 4 to 7 times a week.
Thc levels can vary from day to day depending on a lot of different factors. Thats why drug testing is so unfair.
Keep exercising and eat a high fiber diet. Stop exercising 3 days before the UA and change to a high fat red meat diet. Don't bother with the qcarbo or aspirin. Just follow the dillution sticky the morning of the UA and drink gatorade instead of water. Pee 3 or 4 times in the morning and use your midstream urine.
