A guy catches a burglar in his house, so he wrestles him and manages to trap him inside his garage. He calls 999, and says to the operator "I have a burglar trapped inside my garage, could you come and have him arrested?" the operator replies "Well, we're busy at the moment. Call back in an hour and we might have a car free" He then hangs up. The mans calls again, ten minutes later, and Rating: 5
