    Low stress training

    Hi people another question ( as you may have guessed im new to this) does Low stress training get a big differance in yield and worth doing it would be great if i could hear feed back from people who have done this and if you have any pictures that would be very helpful thanks.

    Low stress training

    LST is good if you have a small grow space and can increase yield. You will have more colas and the light will get to the lower part of the plant.
