    SPOUSE/ROOMATE OF PATIENTS....

Can anyone tell me, or tell me where to look, to find out about how a roomate or spouse is affected when 1 person in the household is a MMJ patient? The legalities of living in a house where a patient grows and smokes. If that roomate would be held responsible if there was a police raid and the patient was not home...etc?

Only if they are partaking of the medicine along with you. Washington state has a no sharing clause I believe. I don't remember the law verbatum.

well whoever is growing needs to have their permit clearly posted so that in the event of the piggies wandering by they can be on their way after reading the card

however if they rolled up to see YOU trimming some nice buds from your buddys garden then you'd have problems

could a patient get in trouble if the other roommate had say smoked but bought? or what if the buddy pinched the stash, that just be like you stealing someones pills right? the first one as long as you could prove it wasn't your bud, you wouldn't get in trouble right?

depends entirely upon how hardass the authorities want to be ... cultivation is still ILLEGAL under Federal Law ... nothing that phonyass Obama muttered, or his Att'y General Eric Holder hinted at, changed any LAWS :wtf: ... 'news conference double-talk' doesn't count for shit, in the courtroom ... but, keep your head down, and your powder dry, you should be OK ... start growing excessive amounts, or sharing/selling, your shit's in the wind :smokin:
