plant getting too tall what do i do

hi my plant is too tall its 6 foot 2 and still growing it is on 12/12 bean on that for 2 weeks now i cant put the light up any more thanks for any replys

Yup. Bend it over, and tie it down with some string. The shoots just closest to the lights after bending will start to stretch instead, but not as drastically as the tops were. Try not to snap the stems, but only 2 weeks into 12/12, they should bend ok.

As it starts to fill-in, don't forget to loosen the ties once in a while, or risk the string cutting into the stems or trunk.
