You know about the white stickers on the battery and the phone indicating water damage right? If they're still white that's a good sign. I have seen some phones come back from the dead when the sticker turns red but obviously you have a better shot if it didn't turn red. I would wait at least 24 hours.

I think you have a good shot if you're patient because it was a spill on the keyboard and may not have entered the phone.

It totally covered the screen and keyboard with nasty water. It was still turned on so I pulled the battery out within 10 seconds. I really had to resist the urge to rinse it off with more water, but it smells pretty bad. I soaked up the as much as I could and stuck the phone in a tupperware full of rice to absorb as much moisture as I can.. Do you think itll still work? I am afraid to Rating: 5
