needing advice on a hermie! :S

i am on my 2nd grow and i am a little anxious about this one plant in my growroom, 2 of the plants are definite female, but 1 i beleive is to be a hermie.

the questions are will this hermie effect my 2 females? do they take longer to produce bud/will it actually produce bud? should i rip it out of the grow space?

also can people post pics of there hermies to make sure mine is a hermie and not a male.

furthermore do males actually bud because the plant i suspect to be a hermie is growing the same way a female would during flowering, it is producing bud whilst having 'balls' around the place the bud is growing. i am really confused by this hermie stuff whilst being very worried! i thought i would come and post my problem here so all you pro growers from around the world could share your knowledge about hermies with me!:stoned:

Since it is still so early in flowering, you can simply bend the branches and tie them down. Be careful though not to tie it too tight, breaking the branch. Also, remember to loosen them later in flower so that the string doesn't cut into the branches.
