Thank you for the responses. I don't believe there are any nutes in soil. It is 80% Black Gold Organic, 20% potting soil and lots of perlite.

I will use finger for moisture test from now on and see how it goes. Heat stays around 81 F (used to be much higher, previous post but is under control now).

Once runoff occurs I dump water out of trays so that it does not sit there.

Glad to hear root bound should not be the problem. Now just to figure out which water issue is the issue since posts already say underwatering and overwatering.

I will hold off another week or two on ferts since no one seems to think that is the issue.

No fire hazard. Water is kept away from plugs and is monitored constantly. Thank you for the input though, will watch it even further just in case.
