babies starting to yellow? help pleas

so this is my first grow...

the first little set of leaves is yellowing and dying
the first set of fan leaves is starting to yellow from the tips back, and the leaves are starting to droop and curl under

the Ph of the soil is 6.5
i water every other day, sometimes i skip a day if the soil isn't dry
i haven't been using any nutes because the morning glory soil says it has enough food for 3 months
they are in a 40% MG potting mix with moisture control 40% organic potting mix and 20% perlite mix that drains well
i germinated them in peat pellets
they are now in peat pots
under 4x 42 watt cfl on a 18/6 timer and it stays between 68 and 82 degrees F, 40-60 humidity, and i keep the plants 3"-5" from the bulbs
im going to add another 2 bulbs soon
there air is exchanged every 4 min in a 2'x2.5'x8' closet
they are 12 days old

what could be the problem?
how could i fix it?

They are 12 days old in MG soil? That's probably the problem right there, the soil may be too harsh for those seedlings......
