H1380 NC Medical Marijuana Act scheduled for Health Committee hearing On Thursday June 18th at noon in Raleigh, the NCGA House Health committee will take a look at H1380, the North Carolina Medical Marijuana Act. We are in the south in the bible belt. Itâ??ll be an uphill battle. I wasnâ??t holding my breath about it even going before a committee at all and thought it would just die un-debated altogether.
