ive passed urine tests in 3 days

ive now passed two urine tests inside of 3 days and 7 days. So im just sharing my method and thoughts. No guarentees of course! the longer between smoking and testing the better

Its a given that the path of the tested for parts of ganga through the body is into the blood, some stored in the fatty tissues, then back into the blood (slowly over time) and then passed through the urine.

My method of cleansing requires a minimum of 3 days abstinance if you have a low % body fat. Longer if you carry more fatty tissues.

day 1, stop smoking and eat nothing but protien and drink lots of water and coffee with no sugar. The protien encourages the body to start burning fat. As this fat is burned it releases its stored oils. coffee is a powerful diuretic, drinking lots of it with lots of water starts flushing the body.

day2, eat lots of carbs and sugar no protien and little fat. Drink lots of alcohol (beer and sugary mixes are perfect) and water and coffee. The alcohol is soluble in the fat phase and the bloodstream. Having this in the blood helps leach more of the oils into the bloodstream. Coffee and a high fluid intake flushes the body. the high carb diet stops the body from burning fat and minimises the oils being released into the blood.

day3, eat lots of carbs and sugar no protien little fat. Drink lots of coffee and water. No alcohol. Dont give them your first or second or 3rd if you can help it, sample of the day.

im ectomorhpic in build and have a low amount of body fat. I imagine people with higher body fat % might find it takes longer to cleanse their bodies.

wow awesome sounding technique. i hate coffee though ;/ i wonder if you could replace that with tea - because is it the caffiene you're aiming for in the mix?

Sounds like a good method, but this part might backfire on you. If you trigger the body to start metabolizing fat, it could increase the level of THC metabolites in your system, which might make it more likely to be positive, especially if you are a long-term smoker.
