My plant is about 3 weeks old and seems really small. Its growing new leafs but there not getting very big. Im thinking i have a problem somewhere.

Im using 2 6500k clf 26 watt, My box is 4x4x2. I dont have a intake or an exhaust fan. Could that be a problem?

Those look fine for seedlings, but what is your pH? The yellowing and burning of the cotyldons makes me think the pH is out of whack. The leaves are small but they will get bigger as the plants grows and is able to support bigger foliage. Also, in order to finish the grow, you're going to have to figure out a way to exchange the air in the room via exhaust some how for optimum results. Good luck!

Plants that small don't need much fertilizer right away. did you give them quite a bit? Looks like possible overfertilizing, as the leaf tips are brown. you want to have a small oscillating fan on it to knock it around a little. This will strengthen the stem. If air temperature gets above 75 degree F, you're liable to have some problems. I suspect right now you've just over-ferted the soil.

Yes i did move my plant to garden soil to quick. Then i went back to potting soil. I also have a little fan in there and my temp is around 71-75 with about 62% humity. Im using just regular water atm.
