Pre-employment screening
Hi
New here, and i suppose you get a lot of people posting after being informed they would be screened, and here goes. I am a UK resident who has just secured a good job which I start in 5 weeks the only downside is after reading the companies handbook it states that all new staters will have a drug test. Now I was a regular user untill 2 years ago then stopped completely but 4 weeks ago I got an 1/8 oz of weed from a friend and enjoyed it over a week or so. Last weekend I again had about 3 small joints then received the companies handbook and crapped myself that I would be tested.
This is an educated site in the art of testing and any advice to, how long I will be possibly showing positive and to any tricks I could use to pass will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

So, whats your age/size/weight? If you are young and skinny, you have a better chance of cleaning up faster than a older overweight smoker.
That said, I wouldn't consider you a heavy smoker if you only smoked an eighth plus 3 joints in the last 2 years. They say a one-time high on a thc free body takes around 3-5 days to once again be clean. This doesn't really apply to you, since I doubt if you were totally clean when you smoked those 3 joints last weekend.
Get a home THC test and see how you do. I would say you should definitely are a candidate for dilution. Read the dilution sticky.

Update
Bought some single strip tests from Amazon and passed first with dilution and now on first void, i thought they looked cheap(they were, made in china) and doubted their accuracy. So i bought some EZ cup tests and got a 50% pass line with no dilution just a half bottle of wine for courage, but got strong line on cheapo's. It is now three weeks 3 days to test, will this line become more pronounced (on retest) as time goes by?
looking to sub if I can or do you think i'll be passing urine test by then.

If you are passing the home tests with your morning void now and you have 3 weeks to do, then you should be OK for the drug screen. The t line's intensity does not matter, if it can be photographed or photocopied then you are OK. Test you morining void a few more times, thc levels can flucuate and the day of the test dillute with 40 oz. of gatorade. It sounds like you will be ok.
