    Indoor Grow Recovery

Yo whats up all.. I just moved this thread over to the Indoor Grow Category because the grow which was started for the outdoors had to be moved inside for fear of woodchucks lol. The last one around ate all my seedlings when I was hardening them for the outdoors.

I had them set up for a week or so under a desk with a couple of low wattage CFL's and now I have placed them in an under closet in a bureau. There I have 200 watt soft white grow bulbs that I found in the basement along with my uncles old vegetable growing stuff. There is a fan for ventilation and as you can see by the pictures there is a cellophane type material... I hear you could use a space blanket for the walls to reflect light in a good way as opposed to aluminum foil.

A question to add- I have a couple 20 watt CFL bulbs lying around.... Should I put those in there as well or would it not even make a difference?

Here are some pics as the progress goes..

1-2) This is the grow closet I prepared. (Not sure about the temps yet but I am in the process of getting a little thermometer for the room)

    3) Pic of the little babies which will hopefully grow nice and strong.

    4) A mix of the babies and the 3 week old plant which was the only survivor of the woodchuck attack.

    5) Close up of the 3 week old.

    Indoor Grow Recovery

Update: The soil used if there is any question was just regular potting soil that I found in the barn... How long should I wait before I transplant the babies into larger pots? Should I wait for them to get a little root-bound first?

Also, seeing as this grow is just for fun kinda thing for me (a way to get the experimental phase outta my system) I started the larger plant in 12/12 today just to see if it would start showing me some pre-flowers in the next couple days. I'm hoping to keep it rather short and stout for a plant.

Anyways, updates to come, please feel free to comment!

    Indoor Grow Recovery

As of last night I hung the lights a bit higher in the cabinet by taking out the drawers that were present. Give the plants a bit more space to grow. The temps are currently running from 70-75 degrees F. Today I transplanted the babies into larger pots that they should be able to continue the rest of their lives in. The big plant that is growing apart from these just sprouted tiny ass little sacs near at the 3rd and 4th nodes of the plant (on opposing sides of each other on the plant interestingly enough). Are there any recommendations or comments on how to improve this as much as I can. I want to give these guys the best growing environment as I can within the price boundaries.

Hope the big plant turns out to be female. Will have pictures in the next few days when more growth is present.

    Indoor Grow Recovery

    Hello all.

Updates as they are..... I just added 3 20 watt CFL's to the mix... the plants seem to like the added light because I saw a lot of new growth in the past few days.

    Here's some pics:

The first couple are shots of the cabinet with its extra lighting
The 3rd and 4th are ones of the big plant showing the FIM I did recently
The last is just a random pic of the stereo I use to play music for the little buggers. They seem to like Slightly Stoopid a lot lol.

Oh and I forgot to mention that you can kinda see the little sacs on the big plant in pic 4 a node near the top. Im guessing those are pre-preflowers... Is there any way of making a guess as to male or female, or not until they show hairs will I know they are fems?

True True... SLIGHTLY IS DA BOMB

What my goal is for that larger plant (prolly not gonna happen tho) is to get some really really early harvest buds for the slightly concert in Mass in mid august.

Can anyone tell me if they know what is to come from those sacs at the 3rd node from the top.... They look like female preflowers but I have not seen any white hairs emerge yet. I will have more updates tomorrow.
