The only thing that sets Acetaminophen apart from other painkillers is the fact that it has no anti-inflammatory properties. I can't really see it being used as a recreational drug, but I suppose if you took enough of them. Wouldn't suggest it though, that could cause liver cirrhosis (your liver basically wasting away).

No it causes Liver FAILURE, not liver disease. It will definitely kill you if you take to much. Not to mention that it does very little for pain.
