acetaminophen
Acetaminophen is an everyday painkiller, it is the active ingredient in Tylenol whereas the active ingredient in Advil is Ibuprofen, and the active ingredient in Aspirin is Acetylsalicylic Acid.
The only thing that sets Acetaminophen apart from other painkillers is the fact that it has no anti-inflammatory properties. I can't really see it being used as a recreational drug, but I suppose if you took enough of them. Wouldn't suggest it though, that could cause liver cirrhosis (your liver basically wasting away).Stedric Reviewed by Stedric on . acetaminophen what exactly does this do to you because ive read somewhere about it but i cant seem to find too much info about it. respond soon please.
