It is tylenol, an over the counter pain killer that doesn't work and causes liver damage.

Acetaminophen is an everyday painkiller, it is the active ingredient in Tylenol whereas the active ingredient in Advil is Ibuprofen, and the active ingredient in Aspirin is Acetylsalicylic Acid.
The only thing that sets Acetaminophen apart from other painkillers is the fact that it has no anti-inflammatory properties. I can't really see it being used as a recreational drug, but I suppose if you took enough of them. Wouldn't suggest it though, that could cause liver cirrhosis (your liver basically wasting away).

I heard on this board that taking too much acetaminopen can actually kill you, if you OD on it all at once.
Don't quote me.

It doesn't matter how much of it you take, it will kill you before it gets you high and the death is slow and painful.
Gotta love over the counter medications.

Look at my post, I didn't say it caused liver disease. I said it cause liver cirrhosis. Thats the scientific name for liver failure.

The ingredients you are referring to are harmful enough to the liver as it is. However, your real damage to the liver comes when you ingest while you have alcohol in your bloodstream.
Mixing the two is a dangerous concoction and will leave some degree of damage, every single time.Any posts made by me are purely fictional in nature and by no means is anything I say to be taken seriously.
