Well if you've been diagnosed with PTSD from a Psychiatrist Licensed in the state of new mexico then you qualify for your MMJ card. You only need to download the appropriate paperwork off of the state health website and have your Psychiatrist sign off on a recommendation and then you send it to the state health board for review in which you should receive your card w/in a month.
