    Outdoor grow in Kitsap

    First post!

Anyways, I wanted to learn some good places to grow in the kitsap area. Unfortunately I have no room to grow outside around where I live. Any experiences growing in any nearby woods? Like around the Green Mountain area? PM me if its too private to be said openly on this forum.

Hope to hear from someone! :rastasmoke:

Not giving a smart answer, but anywhere you have the property owner's permission and they can't be seen by the GENERAL PUBLIC with your authorization papers identifying it as a medical grow.

I believe we need the proper paperwork as prescribed in WA law.
I believe, it is unlawful to have your MMJ within public view.
I believe we have a 15 plant limit.

    OK; solution

    My Rules to be safe
    1. Grow only when you have the proper paperwork as prescribed in WA law.
    2. Grow only on land you are legally entitled to grow on.
    3. Grow 15 plants or less as described in the law.
    4. Don't grow within public view.

    5. Get a camo-net.

    6. If you follow rules 1-4, you may Omit 5, Your as legal as it gets.

    Outdoor grow in Kitsap

I made this account for just viewing pics, but after someone said they are planning an outdoor in Kitsap I thought it was my duty to say something.

Kitsap county is by far the most anti-medicalmarijuana county in WA state. They will do everything within the county's power to put you in jail if they learn you are a mmj patient exercising your right to medicine.

I would take EXTREME caution...let me rephrase...I would never grow in Kitsap county, but if you HAVE TO, then you should take EXTREME caution. The only people who should know about it are you and your imaginary friends, and I would be very careful with posting things on the internet about it.

Ain't it a shame when you have elected and appointed public officials who have taken an oath to uphold the law, only to interpret the law in anyway they please. Not only is it a total disregard for the will of the voters, but also a molestation of the law in the blind eyes of justice. Since the constitution gives the power to the people first, medically authorized patients should have the greatest leeway in how the law in judged as long as they are in compliance. Any grey areas to the law should be left up to the legislators to clarify, not activist LEOs trying to legitimize useless and wasteful expenditures of the public treasury hauling medical patients into court. There is no cost benefit to the system and sooner, rather then later, they will be getting their pink slips as far as medical marijuana is concerned. And recreational to boot. Tout suite :twocents:

If you decide to grow outside in the woods you will absolutely need deer netting and lots of slug bait.

Try the Nellitta Dewatto area. Just a couple plants at a spot, make them blend in with the enviorment.
