I'm paranoid as absolute hell, but usually I can keep it cool... But I only smoke the reefer now.

It's a fine line between paranoia and just being cautous. I used to be the same way when I lived in an apartment, you never know when the landlord (damn I hate that word) will drop in when you're not around.

About every 3rd day I go back in the house before I drive off to work to make sure the door's locked, I haven't left the stove on, etc.

As for that other thing, at least you care about your spelling. That puts you in the front of the pack in my book. Oops, a pun.

I used to get really paranoid while high, when I first started. Now I still get weird about insignificant things. The other day I had to keep leaving the toking-circle because I thought I heard a dog barking, now I know it was just in my head.

I've had the luck of only being busted once, and with barely any on me. I've had a million close calls though, a few times cop cars have driven by while my friends and I were toking in plain view. Pretty freaky.
