Ok here is what I did to pass.

I bought the following Items:

24 pk of water
B12 Vitamins
Cranberry Juice (unsweetened)
1/2 Pound of rare roast beef
Red bull (large can, Sugar free)
Qcarbo Tropical fruit flavor


The night of I drank plenty of water. Probably a bottle of water every 45 minutes. Every 4 Bottles of water I drank a glass of cranberry juice. After my first glass of cranberry I took a B12 vitamin. I went to bed around 5am and woke up at 6am. Chugged another bottle of water, Then drank the Qcarbo refilled it and and drank the rest. I'd say you would like to piss 4 times before the test. About an hour and a 1/2 before I took the test I crushed a B12 and took it. Ate the half pound of roast beef (to raise creatine) and drank the redbull (because it has B vitamins to color your piss). I pissed twice on the way there, pissed for the test and passed!

Now I've read several posts on here before I get flamed. I understand that not everyone agrees with the "magic potions". But I am a heavy user and I am just stating what I did to pass. I also know that people are going to claim the dilution did it. But the test they used at Labcorp was called Tox. And it tests for dilution. The Qcarbo also contained creatine in it.

I hope this helps someone who has a short amount of time.
