About 10 years ago i was picked for jury duty and i was pissed because i was self employed and would loose cash. Wouldnt you know the case i got picked for was a MJ case i believe it was possestion with intent to sell. Before the lawyers pick the 12 lucky people the judge asks a series of questions. One of the questions was, Are there anyone in this room that has a problem with illegal drugs? My dumb ass raised my hand and i told the judge i thought they were way overpriced. Well the judge in a very harsh way told me he didnt think i was very funny and i mean to tell you he was mad as hell. Long story short i was removed from the jury pool and i have fortunately not got called back.

I really wish more and younger people would show up for jury duty. I was so suprised at so many bigots, people with narrow minds and people who don't understand the process at all are getting on our juries. I'm still on call for another week so we'll see if I get another call. But it is so importnat to get some new blood in there.
