Use the QF as it is. Dont add any water, or any of your own urine to it.

Crotch and carry the QF bottle like you would when following the guidelines outlined in the Substitution sticky thread.

Ive used the QF on and off for nearly a decade and never found the original 4 oz, nor the current 2 oz bottle to be bulky.
