Of course there are a few exceptions, I like tatoos that actually have some significance (sp) or they actually mean something. I'm sick of seeing douche baf muscle heads with barbed wire wrapped around their biceps or some gay tribal design, even though they belong to no tribe what so ever.
If you're gonna get a tatoo, get one that actually means something.

NO, GO SOBER.
Ideally, you should be completely sober for at least two days before your tattoo. At least that's what I've heard everywhere.
It'll hurt more if it's somewhere bony, like on your ankle or something, as opposed to like your ass cheek.

Koshea I don't have any tatoos. I just read over my post and it sucks cause I was drunk earlier, I meant to say that MOST tatoos are retarded. I like real unique ones that you don't see often.
and Love2Blaze, you don't like my theory? lol I bet you're getting barbed wire around your arm, aren't you? haha

Just spend loads of time chosing the right design for you, I only have one tatt but it's a big piece and I love it - got it 10/11 years ago. But I've seen some horrors
I smoked during my first session, my hubbie wanted to stay and watch. I think that had something to do with the fact that my tattooist looked like he shoulda been weilding a chainsaw in some horror flick. He was gorgeous though, so I don't remember too much about the pain.
