Also, the only time I was tested there was blue dye in the toilet and they tell you not to flush... should I pour the rest of the QF in there or will the dye change to blood red and simulate the death of me? Should I just piss in the toilet after I pour the QF in the cup?

QF 5.7 questions First of all, I'd like to say that I did search the forums and found no exact answer to my specific problem... and here it is: I've been practicing heating my QF for anticipation of a drug test soon, and I have a couple of questions 1) What is the optimal time to stick it in the microwave? It says 10 seconds, but I stuck it in for 20. Did I go way too high?
