it looks like a swollen calyx. i've read somewhere that the pistils can get stuck in there a bit or something like that. leave it be for a bit and see if any pistils emerge. if not, after a bit, i would pluck it.

Wow shake your fast! Iv been watching it and not a lot is happening. This plant has always just seem to be behind the others. Now i understand it, because its getting the most sun of all of them. The male that grow up near it never flowered. But the one in my garden might have been a hermy and i might not have chopped it down in time. Thats a guess. I think what your saying is right that a bunch of pistils will emerge from it, as it takes its time growing. Wish i had a pic, for you to see the pinkish hue on every bud:wtf:

Another reason to try and do everything yourself, ''if ya want something done right, ya do it yourself'', and the guy that put em in the ground wants 60/40/ share. Hell he had to come back to get them deeper in the ground and i still get this. Plus my land, feeding and watering was all me.
