So i use a chair, dosnt mean i cant grow!
Well iv been keeping an eye out and is growing well. The white things are sorta disappearing and either turning in to leaves or something i havent seen yet, but no balls of yet, cross your fingers. Shake suggested i use some molasses. Tried to get the correct kind but couldn't find, but what i bought. I am not sure how to use it or how often as this is all there getting at this point. I was worried about bugs, cuz this shit is messy as hell. Got all frickin sticky yesterday. I mixed 1 tbls to a gallon of tap water. I looked at them later in the evening and really no bugs at all, at least no increase in bugs. It says Mg of potassium, sodium Mg, sugars G, carbs G. Then under that Calcium 10% and Magnesium 20%; its also unsulphured.
Is it me or am i seeing some exaggerated leaf growth?
I gave each plant 1/3 dose/ as i wanted to start out slow and if a mistake happened, the cure would come easier and faster.
How often?
How much?
Couple of pics of potted plant in question and 2 of a couple beauties:rasta:

what's up LSY? for the molasses it's pretty much accepted to use 1 Tbsp per gallon of water. i'm not sure about your nute regimen, but i water and feed ~once a week, with a watering(pH'd of course) with molasses in between, as needed. i've just started using it in veg and it seems to work nice there too.
it's diluted pretty well so it's not that sweet, hence the no more than usual bugs.
as you have found out, it's a good source of calcium and magnesium and several other trace nutrients. i believe that it can be used in lieu of calmag+ when using distilled or RO water.
that fert should be okay. start out at 1/4 strength and work your way up from there. you want to push them to their limit and back off just a bit. looks like they could use a little more N. the molasses will help supplement the K, but if you find something cheap to help as well it might be work a go. if not, no sweat.
to see the trichs clearly you might want to invest in a microscope. it'll run you about $13.
keep an eye on those trichs. they'll turn milky and then start to speckle amber. stop feeding nutes when they are almost all milky. just use the water and molasses.
i meant when about 75% turn milky. lol. blazing and typing out complete thoughts doesn't mesh so well all the time. my apologies!

I finally got through this thread. Very good log, letseeya.
I've had good results ordering from europe. Vu-Du, in Italy has some good stuff including Mr Nice Seeds. There are others in Britain and Netherlands that are very good as well as some discount vendors that sell brand name stuff for less than the breeders themselves.
I use 2 TBS /gallon balckstrap molasses. I recently read from a Jorjes Cervantes article where he recommended 2 tbs/quart every week
through flush.
Looks like you are doing very well for yourself too. I hope your crop comes in gangbusters.

what was his reasoning behind using 2tbs/qt during flush???
\"The only thing constant in the universe is change. If you\'re up you\'re going to be down tomorrow. If you\'re down you\'re going to be up....... You start on a journey and the most exciting part of your journey is the twist and turns where you dont know what\'s coming next. If you do know what\'s coming next there is something in the universe that will change that.\" - Tommy Chong - \"Words of an old pot head\"

He probably recommends it because it is a good organic source of trace elements. In all of his flushing advice, he says to use a weak fertilizer solution to fix symptoms of deficiency during the grow but you wouldn't want to do that right before you harvest. So, sub in the molasses, and you have something to feed your plant to the end, without worrying about excess fertilizer being taken up and ruining your final product.

I had planned to feed molasses once a week and continue using ferts till i see trich's start to cloud up, then cut ferts and only use the molasses till pickin time.
Thanks again everyone. You guys make this so much interesting and im learning so much.:rasta:

We gotcha cuz. If you say you are adding nutes on a regular schedule, and the plant still seems to be showing deficiencies, it might be time to take your game up to the next notch and start ph control on everything. If you are adding nutes and the ph in the soil is out of whack, the plant can't take them up even though they are present. Do a couple searches on ph around here.
With some of your plants being directly in the ground, it may be difficult to gauge ph on those. (cant really do runoff test) Do a little lookin, and we will be here to help you figure it out.
I have only harvested one outdoor plant in my life and the quality was menial at best. I would look through some of their threads and see how they control ph. I'm sure the key is going to be the soil mix you use for the season, I'm just not sure of a good recipe on it.
Keep pluggin away brother, one day you are going to look back at this one and giggle:thumbsup:
