How long did you put in paper bags before you put them in jars?

I meant to post in your thread earlier but am only on my first grow and would have been more hindrance than help ,lol

Probably need to cure it in the bags a little longer before putting in the jars.

Down here in humidity central I lay my harvest out on a screen and let it sit for two weeks before putting in bags or jars. Better safe than sorry, mold can pop up real quick if seal up to early.

i hung it 3 days

bag for 1 day

now its too dry, so i put some wet bud in the big baggy of dry bud........The jars i open every few hours.........first batch dried to fast?:rasta:

Just check it constantly, the oils migrate back out to the tips of the calyx after it sits in a jar for a month.

Hey DOUGALS, thanks for stopping by.:thumbsup: I put all my trimmin's in a paper bag. I went trough it first thing before using any buds for my brownies. There was some on the stems and i found a few bits in the bag. I wondered if i could Cook the leaves and stems, it was easy:eat:

I was very successful:thumbsup::stoned: Iv never made em before. But one got me stoned and two, is was good all night:stoned: Iv never ate it before, as iv never had this much at once. I had to try it. It was great:stoned::thumbsup: and very easy. I just cooked it 25 min. in a 1/4 cup of oil. I used about 1/4 oz. Then followed the box directions.

Don't you love harvest time!, try citrus peels if it gets too dried out. My harvest is still going, only now it is strictly flowers shooting out everywhere that I nipped branches from. I'm not sure how to dry them, they're too small to hang b/c they are basically resin/flower balls.

I threw them on a plate with an indirect fan. Then I transfer to jars after a day or 2. I just don't like leaving on a plate b/c they get flat even when turned.

Hey Hemp, It seems like its drying to fast. Even putting straight in a paper bag only took 3 days and its really dry. The first batch dried so fast i put it in a plastic bag and put a couple green buds in it to give some moisture to the other bud in the bag.

After 3 days in a paper bag the second batch is really dry too. Im hoping by putting it in jars today, it will not be so dry after awhile. I hope anyway:thumbsup::rasta:

What I do if it feels like it's drying to fast is to go ahead and put them in jars and keep it sealed for 24 hrs. That should draw the moisture out from the center of the buds. May take a little longer to cure properly, but it will help from the drying to fast.
