Does anyone know for sure how much you need? The syringe pushes out an oz of fluid, maybe a tad over.

Having been a heavy smoker for the past two years, it would take some time for me to detox and my best bet appears to be substitution. I tried substitution about two years ago when I had a great job offer, but unfortunately it was a last minute idea and I did not practice.
