my friend is moving and he is getting rid of his old grow gear one item which is a mylar sliver lined one which will fit snuggly into my closet with a little bit of alterations he said i can have it for 50 its 90cm, 50cm, 160cm is this a fair price?

Also i know the lack of space is concerning but i wont be letting my plants get as big again? any ideas or input would be great. he said i can have it by tuesday?
