Train wreck grow!

Well the last few days have been filled with reading and trying to find out the best ways to get my grow better, thanks for the help and input again.

Right so im running the 250 watt from 6 in the morning 4 and then the ufo is on from 4 till 12 (trying to get the best of both worlds).

The plant that is 22days old now is still going strong new leave keep coming on and its developing nicely (i think)? heres some pics

I think this plant is doing well and is developing nicely!
What does yous think any ideas?

But my plant which is on day 14 hasnt really done anything in the last 4 days. i watered it yesterday for the first time in 3 days. heres the pics:










If you have any ideas or suggestions all are welcome. The one question i do have is when should i transplant to my 4 gallon pot? and how long do you reckon i should give the older plant before i flower it?

Im using a 90watt LED UFO light. 250 watt HPS light: Sterilized soil from horticulture shop. HESI coco fertilizer with a 24, 21, 27 composition. What are you using for nutes? Its probably needing some nitro to get growing again. and your right might need a transplant soon as far as flower thats still pretty small how much room you got to grow is the question and what do you want yield to be. id probably wait at least 6 more inches to have a 1/2 way decent size plant. and when you transplant get some pearllite in that soil.

Ok hello first of all sorry i havent been on in so long had a little problem with the internet company ( i didnt pay my bills dame i hate being broke) anyway thats all sorted now.

So i had a bit of bad news one of the plants died i dont know why i think it just didnt take to the soil well

But on the brighter side of things the other one took off pretty well, shes taking off and has grown alot i had to top her 2 weeks ago but she took to it well and has been in a 12hr cycle for 7 days now. i have been running the 250 watt light only, i have a fan system on the way with a carbon filter, have been feeding full nutes and i trans planted her into a 4 gallon pot and added pertitile and more soil.

I have a fan kit coming tomorrow with a carbon filter so will have pics of that 2moro.

Here are the photos i might need to move her to a bigger room she is getting a little cramped in the closet.

She is on the first day of her second week of a 12hr light cycle so she has been in it for a week. yeah i was considering on going buying a grow tent today ive been looking around and reading up on materials and all (thanks again for the advice on the material inside the tent). but it all really depends what happens.

are you push air into the carbon filter??? It looks like your pushing it into the filter....you should be sucking air through the filter:hippy:

Im pulling air through it and pushing it onto the light to keep it cooled, is that right? i dont know ill check again

that works man:thumbsup: Some people will draw the air away from the bulb/hood to suck the heat away and vent it
