Not enough, but from what I've read on average a person breaths 16X's a minute. Each breath containing .037grams of CO2.

So......
.037 X 16 = .592g
.592 X 60min = 35.52g per hour
35.52 X 6to8hours sleep = 213.12-284.16g CO2 ever 6-8 hours
