As of late, it is said that in veg of course they like 6500K, but supposedly they also like some of the other spectrum too (2700k). So, some people put in a mix of the lights in about 15%-30% between vegging and flowering. Meaning during veg, if you have 10 lights then 8 would be 6500K and 2 would be 2700K. An in flower vice-versa. You don't necessarily have to go with that percentile, you can add one or two more, or just put in one. It's all up to you really. I still use the all 6500K for veg and 2700K for flower.

I've been searching for awhile but I don't see anyone specify which spectrum is best. I know that this is an important factor so if you have any information I'd really appreciate it. Thanks. Rating: 5
