If you don't feel like reading this all, skip to the bottom....I'm a newbie to this website, but would really appreciate any replies...It seems to me that the amounts of creatine, vitamin B, and water depend alot on the individual. I am a 20 year old female, 5'7, 125 lbs, and I'm guessing I have a low metabolism because I have been putting on weight recently and have a really low energy. I don't drink as much fluid as I should normally, and only urinate 2-3 times a day. I don't smoke as much as most of the people on here, it usually takes us about a month to get through 1/2 oz, and I only use a bong. About a week ago, a friend and I used a makeshift pipe and some resin and kb kief when we were bored with none around (not recommended). I don't know how that would change my thc levels. The last time I smoked was only 2 hits from a bong yesterday.

In March I was laid off from a job I had been working at for a year and have been constantly applying since then. I had quit smoking weed for a good month and a half and started back up again about 2 weeks ago because I was frusturated about not being able to find a job. I have a couple of job opportunities in a hospital and a medical laboratory, and I'm guessing they would use the strictest testing available (Mass Spec?), and am really worried about how a positive drug test there would affect the rest of my life. I remember reading somewhere that certain companies (Fortune 500) will share with all the other companies that you had a positive result, and you can't get hired in the future...I also plan on applying to medical or PA school in 2 years, and not sure how that would affect the background check, I don't know the laws....In both places, a diluted sample is considered positive, and they watch you pee, so I don't know if I could get away with using synthetic urine. I obviously can't use the whizzinator Not sure if I will be called in for an interview or not, but I think I have an in and I would like to be prepared.

I read through the procedure on the dilution stickie and it makes alot of sense. I remember reading a post saying that heavier people naturally have higher creatine levels, and I know that taking too much creatine can cause kidney damage, which I want to avoid. So my questions are:

1. How much creatine should I take (I bought Creatine Monohydrate Powder) each day in order to have enough in my urine and not damage my kidney based on the above info?
2. If I have a really high concentration of electrolytes from sports drinks, will this throw up a red flag? Is it possible for alot of electrolytes to increase the specific gravity or the salt content of the urine past the normal range?
3. Aspirin upsets my stomach. I couldn't find a very clear explanation of what this is supposed to do for you. I know it thins your blood, but how would that help in a drug test? If this is absolutely necessary, is there something else that I can take
4. Do I need to drink a different amount of water because I normally don't drink or pee much, or should I be good with the 48 oz?
