no but the seller can still get arrested.. you are immune to prosecution technically, but they aren't.. its really more of a grey area in the law..

k thanks. ya my caregiver keeps running out cause he has like 60 patients so i keep having to get it elsewhere. i know a couple other caregivers but same story there also. i just got done building a greenhouse for my first grow so im hoping it turns out. ill take a pic within the next day and try to get a pic on here. any advice would be appreciated.
