    Drug Testing Laws

What are the laws pertaining to random drug testing after employment. Specifically in Massachusetts. Do you have to sign something to agree to random drug testing? I've heard something about only safety sensitive positions?

Any company can drug test if they want but you have to sign a release for them to do it. Its medical information so they have no legal right to it until you sign.

After you're employed by someone in any state as far as randoms go, it's their right. Chances are you signed away your rights to be tested with the first application. It's simple, refuse a random, you're fired.
