Need Help!! Law Clarification

I'm thinking of growing outdoors this year. I have a card and plan to only grow 2-3 plants.

Here is my concern/question/confusion in regards to the way that Amendment 20 reads.

(5)

(a) No patient shall:
(I) Engage in the medical use of marijuana in a way that endangers the health or well-being of any person; or

(II) Engage in the medical use of marijuana in plain view of, or in a place open to, the general public.

Does this apply to growing? If my neighbors and see my plants is that a violation? Or is this strictly referring to the 'use' of and not the act of growing.

Please help. I'm running out of time to get a setup going, but want to make sure I'm 'up to code' so to speak.

Here is your problem. If your neighbor sees it A) will he/she want to steal it? B) friend/visitor of neighbor's want to steal it? C) will they call the cops who will then see it from their property - and then have enough probable cause to make your life hell...and risk loosing your license? I grow outdoors every summer but I also have a 10 foot fence. My neighbor could see my plants from the far corner of their roof top but I don't think that's in "plain view of". I would say if your neighbor can see your plants from common areas of their property, or out their window, I wouldn't risk it.

i agree but i will go a step further and say that even tho it's "somewhat legal" i'd still act as if it was not as in the way you carry/grow/smoke it.

i watched a utube vid from thcsomething and the guy was asked this very ? and he said it like this treat it as if you would sex anyplace that is "deemed" a safe and secure place to have it would also be for growing. i'd still take it further and say treat it as if it's illegal. not only can the leo still hassle u u also have to think of robbers and yes they will come...
