Hey Guys,

I've been reading countless posts all over the forums... I've decided on trying out the dilution method that was stickied. A little about myself, I'm an occassional smoker ~ 10 times a month usually 1-3 hits per time smoking(hawaii has potent stuff). I just graduated college with a science degree and I'm going to be getting a lab job, the interview/drug test is in 3 weeks. I had abstained for about 2 months prior to graduation. i've smoked about 10 hits all together in the last 2 weeks... i've been extremely active; running/beach/working out/taking vitamins(super b complex). I am 6'4" 180lbs, with a very low body fat % and high metabolism. I was wondering if you guys think that the dilution method would be good enough with high activity levels for the next 2 weeks with abstaining... I really don't want to do the substitution method unless necessary... I also was wondering what is a good cheap home testing kit to get off of ebay... I was going to buy about 5 and test myself the days prior to the test normally maybe 2 or three times, then try out the dilution method once before the test and test it with the home kit and see if that works, then if my dilution method/abstaining/exercising doesn't work i'll end up getting synthetics... well any advice or replies will be greatly appreciated.
