First time grower,long time blower

Peace everybody,my name is Dame but my family has called me "Wildd" for as long as i can remember. I have suffered with depression since my parents died when i was 12yo. I count on cannibus to keep me sane. i have been buying exspencive weed for years and now i am finally going to grow my own.im in fresno so im going with the indoor soil method, dont want my girls to burn in the 105 degree sun. if anyone have any advice i would really appreciate all tips.
