I have a pot(5gallons) with a soil pH of 5.4 -which is dangerously low-. I have some leaves that are currently burning because of this.
I just bought some quicklime to fix this problem. How much should i add to add 1 point pH to the soil?
The soil i use is 60% soil 40% peatmoss.
I am scared of applying to much because i have heard that quicklime is faster acting that limestone.
Thx
